Constance Malcolm is the mother of Ramarley Graham, and has worked tirelessly to obtain justice for her son who was killed by the NYPD in the Bronx in 2012. Through years of advocacy, she won the resignation of two officers involved in her son’s death, and is engaged in a lawsuit with the NYPD to release files related to the case.
